SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery
Your parcels are hand packed from our store in Dubai and delivered straight to your door.

We offer a standard home delivery service by courier. Deliveries are made within our courier's standard operating hours. Please note our store is closed on public holidays so dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.

Our rates vary depending on the total value of your order. Delivery is free in the UAE for orders above AED300. For orders under AED300 we will charge a AED25 delivery fee. We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday will be processed the following working day, with the 1-3 working days delivery coming in to effect then.

Returns
If you’d like to return your unopened and unused purchase, please contact us via email at the address below. Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been opened or used, likewise, we cannot refund orders of cut fabric. You can return any unopened items in their original packaging within 7 days of purchase. For Artisan Furniture we require orders to be returned within 2 workings days.

Returns should be returned to Artistique Dubai (at customer's own cost). If not returning in person then we suggest you used a tracked delivery service. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have been damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Please make sure you wrap them up well!

Cancelling Your Order
If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call asap.
If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you will receive your refund on returning your order to us.
